政府發言人表示，黃啟民在任期內，對促進證監會的機構管治事務作出貢獻，期待他繼續支援證監會的工作。

證監會就有關委任表示歡迎。證監主席唐家成先生表示，黃在過去四年來對證監會貢獻良多，期待在他的新任期內與他緊密合作，共同推動證監會的規管工作。(ch/m)
