【張貴翔、塗豐駿╱新北報導】新北市一名女子多年來有早上喝咖啡提神的習慣，她指控本周二喝伯朗罐裝咖啡，察覺咖啡顏色怪異，倒掉後竟發現五公分大小的黏稠物體，「看起來很像牛軋糖」，嚇得不敢再喝。製造商金車公司對此表達歉意，研判可能是奶精產生化學作用，已帶回化驗，待結果出爐再進行協調。

【李定宇╱新北報導】為提高婦女生育率，新北市近年積極為象徵「產子」的金鏟子打廣告。近期公共工程動工時也常吸引民眾爭相索取金鏟子，為免拿不到的民眾失望，下周一起連續三天免費贈送共五百支金鏟，對象是結婚三年以上未生子的新北市民，預計首日就將索取一空，民眾聞訊表示：「會去拿一支討個吉利！」
