| 台中陳睿崗獲總統獎，侍親又績優

台中市清水區清海國中三年級學生陳睿崗獲總統教育獎。他每天放學後直奔回家照顧罹癌的父親，今年三月前還得一併照料患重病的祖母，已辭世。為媽媽分憂，專心謀生計。
家境困難，他本來可以申請上台中一中，前天決定到大甲的致用中學就讀，因每學期有獎助學金7萬元，有助減輕媽媽的重擔。
台中市副市長蔡炳坤下午兩點到校勉勵陳睿崗，發現兩人的經歷幾乎一個模式。蔡炳坤說，他國中時父親車禍，雖考上台中一中，但沒錢讀公立高中，改念花蓮師專。他告訴陳睿崗，命運全掌握自己手中，廿六年後他擔任一中校長。

| 外交部：一定層級道歉才接受

外交部次長石定今天答復立委質詢表示，對菲四點要求，是國安高層的決定、討論的結果。其中關於菲國政府道歉部分，「若是regret就不接受，apology才接受，並且，是外交體系正式人員或總統府發言人才接受。」
這兩天菲國官員已向家屬表達歉意，「我們不接受」；現提高要求，希望菲政府正式答覆。
