據日本modelpress網站11月5日報導，日本新生少女組合『X21』隊長吉本實憂，於5日與栗山千明、黑谷友香及淺田美代子等女星一同出席了在東京舉行的『2013年美腿大賽』的頒獎儀式。
據人民網報導，吉本實憂一襲顏色亮麗的超短裙出席活動，生機勃勃，與生俱來的美腿甚是引人注目。吉本在接受採訪時表示：『沒有人會拒絕別人的褒獎，自己的一雙美腿被誇當然是喜不自勝。這也是對我最好的褒獎。』
