蔣家第四代蔣友青涉嫌恐嚇美國學校，被士林地檢署起訴，上午士林地方法院首度開庭。蔣友青出庭時否認犯罪，稱自己是在臉書抒發情緒，臉書的發文，並非直接公布於眾，必須成為用戶與搜尋才能看見，不構成恐嚇。
