到餐廳消費，如果對服務不滿意，很多消費者會「客訴反映」，但，「客訴」原來也有分等級，最先出來的，是基層店員，如果無法安撫客人，層級會拉高，由幹部甚至是店長出面，會看狀況「分級」處理，而負責安撫消費者的人，層級高不高，仔細看，從穿著打扮也能分辨。
到餐廳用餐，服務、餐點不滿意，找誰處理？民眾：「先找像剛剛一樣的服務人員吧！旁邊的服務人員啊！」記者：「如果服務人員還是沒辦法解決，你會？」民眾：「就是再找另外一個服務人員。」
反正找「穿制服」的就是了，不過，處理客訴，餐廳SOP把狀況分「層級」。客人：「好像還有個餐點沒送過來。」
