苓雅：高市都委會審議通過面積卅一公頃台泥鼓山廠區都市計畫變更案，將取得闢建排水防洪設施解決鼓山三路一帶淹水問題，另有十二公頃公園用地；台泥公司亦同意提供鼓山運河整治所需土地，提早進行廠區老舊設備拆除及綠美化。

原油期貨價格周二(2日)收漲，主要係因埃及騷亂引發全球供應疑慮，加上美國工廠訂單幫忙推升能源需求前景。
紐約8月原油期貨收高1.61美元，或1.6%，至每桶99.60美元，盤中也一度觸及每桶99.90美元，創去(2012)年5月3日以來最高收盤價格紀錄。
