【許淑惠／台中報導】苑裡反瘋車自救會向苗栗地院提起停止風力發電機施工假處分遭駁回，自救會提出抗告，台中高分院下午開庭，苑裡居民、苗栗縣海岸環境發展協會理事長翁坤章表示，原本以為要看風車（風力發電機），不用再去國外，現在才知當時「無知的歡喜」換來「無限的憂傷」，風力發電機產生的噪音讓他罹患憂鬱症。

【王志弘／台南報導】有名男騙徒以投資娛樂公司名義，向台中一名吳姓男子借來雙證件使用，結果拿來買車、辦手機、租屋，還冒用吳男身分騙財騙色，得手1百多萬元。善化警方今天公佈男騙徒相片，呼籲民眾出面指認。
