| 慣竊光頭賊闖幼園 偷吃東西又拉屎

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市一名31歲謝姓男子，今年3月20日清晨，破窗潛入幼兒園區廚房，因飢餓喝下7瓶鋁箔包牛奶、4瓶優酪乳及1瓶果汁，結果鬧肚子痛，竟兩度在廚房、走廊拉屎，並簽名留下紙條離去。謝男隔日又在超商行搶，調閱監視器，謝男因光頭特徵明顯遭逮，警方依竊盜罪移送法辦。
謝男自稱有精神疾病才犯案，法院認定，謝男有多次竊盜前科，去年出獄又犯案惡習難改，日前法院依竊盜罪判謝男1年2個月有期徒刑，全案仍可上訴。

| 消防人員爬梯救女病患

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市一名女精神病患今上午拒絕就醫，還把自己鎖在房間裡，她的母親見狀況不對，打電話向１１９求助，消防人員苦勸女病患開門，但女病患就是不開門，一直拒絕就醫，經女病患母親簽下強制就醫的同意書，消防人員由器材車上架了一把長梯直接攻上二樓開窗戶救人，女病患才強制送醫。
