根據美國智慧手機保險商 SquareTrade 周一 (29 日) 發佈測試結果，三星 (Samsung)(005930-KR) 最新旗艦智慧手機 Galaxy S4 的耐損強度，竟比前代旗艦機 S3 更差，也不如蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 最新旗艦手機 iPhone 5。
SquareTrade 測試上述 3 款智慧手機機身耐損程度，項目包括摔落測試、防水性及握著程度等等，考量元素包含機身正反面面板設計、邊框架構、機身材質、手機大小與重量、防滑性、防水性、防刮性與握著力，試圖評量這些手機在日常各種使用情況下機身損壞的危險程度。
