 永康區中正路騎樓違規取締為個案

日前永康區中正路多間店家遭檢舉取締佔用騎樓，引起市議員質疑因騎樓暢通計畫實施所致。工務局18日澄清表示，中正路非示範區之路段亦非友善騎樓參賽路段，該案是單純的違規舉發案件，並非因騎樓暢通計畫而遭取締。
工務局表示，永康區於第2階加入「騎樓暢通計畫」，已於5月10日公告，目前成效良好；另六合社區更主動積極報名參與友善騎樓競賽，展現市民參與的活力。
工務局指出，永康區中正路非示範區之路段，亦非友善騎樓參賽路段，遭取締係單純的違規舉發案件，並非因騎樓暢通計畫而引起。若選定為騎樓暢通計畫路段，實施時會請各區公所進行為期2個月的宣傳與輔導，並有公告程序，不會直接貿然進行取締，且有相關的配套措施，以解除民眾疑議。
