靖天卡通台「嗶波奇奇！」 獲適齡兒童電視節目標章！
本報訊
靖天卡通台「嗶波奇奇！」15日獲選102年度上半年適齡兒童電視節目標章。國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）為鼓勵兒童電視節目製播業者，提升節目品質及提供給兒童更好的收視環境，委託台灣媒體觀察教育基金會辦理「適齡兒童電視節目標章」評選，以2-6歲、7-9歲、10-12歲及7-12歲為年齡分層，區分適合年齡層節目。
榮獲「7-9歲適齡兒童電視節目標章」的靖天卡通台「嗶波奇奇！」節目，被評審評為：「節目內容多樣，涵蓋自然、人文、道理、技能等面向，能提供兒童跨文化的觀點，主體與表現形式適7-9歲兒童觀賞。」
靖天卡通台此次與富士電視台合作，引進已經在日本播映長達40年的長壽晨間兒童節目「嗶波奇奇！」，為更貼近台灣兒童，靖天卡通台特別花費心思在字幕翻譯，選擇貼近台灣兒童的用語，並量身打造節目中所用的音樂，好讓節目內容更適合台灣兒童收看。此次獲選富士電視台更特地派代表從日本跨海來台領獎，感謝「嗶波奇奇！」獲得如此大的肯定！
「嗶波奇奇！」藉由不同風格的主持人帶小朋友認識生活周遭的小知識、聲音的辨別，更有生動的小單元介紹大自然中的各種動物，書法教學以及簡單料理，是個內容豐富、活潑又可愛並且實用的優質兒童節目！
節目內的卡通人物卡恰比(GACHAPIN)與木酷(MUKKU)，他們不但外表可愛還身懷絕技，無論是空手道、衝浪、玩音樂可通通難不倒他們，帶領著小朋友在樂趣中一起學習，卡恰比與木酷在日本可是比主持人們還有人氣喔！
NCC參事黃金益表示，適齡兒童電視節目評選目的是替兒童節目把關，依兒童心智不同而區分不同年齡層，讓家長可以安心的為兒童選擇節目，兒童也可以開心的欣賞節目。
台灣媒體觀察教育基金會公共事務長林福岳表示，媒體可以給兒童充實又好看的節目，就像採買童裝一樣，電視節目也應該要有適合兒童觀賞的節目，不同年齡層的孩子可以看到合適的節目，此次13個媒體45個節目獲獎，能鼓勵為兒童節目努力的製作單位，希望他們繼續用心製作高品質的兒童節目！
