| 總統將出訪南美洲暨加勒比海友邦

總統府29日下午舉行記者會宣布「賀誼專案」，馬英九總統將出訪南美洲暨加勒比海友邦。外交部政務次長柯森耀在記者會說明，馬總統8月11日下午率團出訪，出席15日巴拉圭新任總統卡提斯就職大典，順訪聖露西亞、聖文森、聖克里斯多福及尼維斯、海地，預計8月22日下午返國，去程與回程分別過境美國紐約、洛杉磯。
柯森耀表示，總統出訪行程細節還在規劃安排中。
此外，柯森耀回應媒體詢問時說，馬總統夫人周美青有另外行程，不會隨團同行。
