| 核四公投前完成安檢？ 張家祝：不可能接受

【黃揚明／台北報導】媽媽監督核電廠聯盟昨公布核安專家林宗堯核四檢測報告，指核四安全無法達到預期標準。經濟部長張家祝今受訪表示，林宗堯是好意提醒，凸顯安檢有很多工作要做，不應急著在公投前倉促完成。張家祝也強調：「不能說公投什麼時間，我們就要先做完（安檢），這樣我們也不會接受，一定要好好按部就班去做。」
張家祝強調，林宗堯應該是誤解安檢一定要在核四公投前完成，而林進行的安檢是整體安檢的一部份，主要是把過去已經做過的重新檢測，但有不少過去還沒做的安檢還是會繼續做，「做到裝填燃料前、裝填燃料後。」
至於年底前是否能完成核四安檢報告？張家祝說，核四安全認證是原能會法定職掌，原能會提提出「最終安全認定的報告」，其中有一部份會在年底之前完成，還有一些地質調查報告會出來，但林宗堯負責督導的部分是檢測項目「其中的一部份，不是全部」。
