【郭寶懃╱台北報導】內政部營建署下半年再推12筆公辦都更案，預計總投資金額可達1089億元，招商金額以「台鐵台北南港調車場都市更新開發案」與「台鐵高雄港站都市更新再開發案」，各300億元投資金額最高。
