【吳家翔╱台北報導】基隆市長張通榮因關說酒駕婦女案遭監院彈劾二度未過關，監察院長王建煊認為監察院應關門，還說立院應主動修憲，檢討監察制度改革。民進黨發言人林俊憲今表示，監察院這幾年的表現，監察院確實該關了，王總算講對一件事，希望王能發揮他的影響力，真的來推動修憲。

【陳建彰／台北報導】雖然亞股今天普遍走揚，但台股面臨8000點關卡，指數陷入震盪，加上電價10月將上漲，包括用電量較大的鋼鐵、水泥及塑化族群，股價受到衝擊，蘋果概念股也拉回整理，指數開低走低下跌34.94點，收7951.33點，成交值772億元。
