| 何江忠3人交保案 高院撤銷發回重裁

【綜合報導】高等軍事法院日前2度裁定涉犯洪仲丘冤死案的 542旅前副旅長何江忠、前旅部連長徐信正、上士范佐憲各以50萬、25萬、40萬元交保，軍高檢不服，提起抗告，因《軍審法》修法，全案改由台灣高等法院裁定，高院剛剛裁定全案發回陶園地院更裁。
