【短片】不法所得以獲利之名涉貪　張花冠被起訴

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】嘉義地檢署偵辦嘉義縣長張花冠、前縣長陳明文及前行政院經濟建設委員會副主任委員張景森等「香草藥草生物科技園區」貪瀆案，以貪污等罪嫌起訴張花冠；陳明文、張景森二人罪證不足，不起訴處分。
 
起訴書表示，張花冠在立委任內，涉嫌利用其身分及職權收受廠商3000萬元賄賂，為掩飾不法利用他人帳戶兌現後，再指示不知情國會助理，以小額現金提領方式，規避金融機構通報限額之規定。

張以不法所得投資他人，再由他人以給付獲利為名義支付予張，再復存入第三人之帳戶內，藉以掩飾、隱匿。依《貪污治罪條例》第5條第1項第3款及《洗錢防制法》第11條1項，檢察官起訴，向法院請求從重量刑。
