| 13縣市超大豪雨 禦潭美九點關水門

潭美颱風暴風圈逐漸接近台灣，中央氣象局今天上午5時30分發布最新潭美颱風警報，有宜蘭等13縣市預計會有超大豪雨，潭美颱風對宜蘭、花蓮、嘉義以北構成威脅。目前颱風中心在台北的東方約370公里之海面上，繼續向西移動，暴風圈逐漸接近台灣。為了提前做好防颱準備，台北市已宣布21日早上9點起關閉水門，民眾要迅速移車。氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典指出，新竹、苗栗邊界往外海一帶閃電頻率不低，表示對流發展旺盛。
為了提前做好防颱準備，台北市宣布21日早上9點開始關閉水門，停在堤防附近的車輛要儘速移車，10點進行車輛拖吊，預計12點要完成拖吊作業，還沒移車的民眾得要趕緊動作了，好在交通大隊已經開放紅黃線停車，但是高架橋以及地下道暫時還不開放。
