| 潭美暴風圈籠罩 中部以北雨勢強

【綜合報導】潭美颱風已經來到台灣北方海面上，暴風圈進入台灣中部以北、東北部及東部陸地，台中以北、宜蘭以北已經出現較大雨勢。
潭美颱風中心位置，目前在台北東北方約100公里海面上，以每小時25公里速度，向西進行；7級風暴風半徑180公里，10級風暴風半徑50公里；中心最大風速11級風，瞬間最大陣風13級風。
