| 航港局召開 102年北部地區航商座談會

交通部航港局北部航務中心於本(8)月22日(星期四)上午假國立臺灣海洋大學舉辦「102年北部地區航商座談會」；主要目的係航港局101年3月成立，為讓航商業者明確航港局專責掌理航港公權力的定位以及航港局自成立1年多以來，優化各項航港行政業務，推動航業法、商港法、航路標識條例、以及船舶、船員等相關法規的修正，積極參與APEC、WTO、FIATA等國際事務等作為措施，以因應業界需要並與國際接軌，建構我國海運整體競爭實力。為使航港局各項服務更臻於完善，透過座談會的舉辦以傾聽業界心聲以及彼此討論、交流，作為航港局施政參考，期提升航港局服務品質及績效，營造良善的海運經營環境。
本次座談會邀請船舶運送業、船務代理業、海運承攬運送業、貨櫃集散站經營業、工(公)會及學校等「產」、「官」、「學」界等人士，約計183人共同與會，期間邀請國立臺灣海洋大學李副校長選士與航運管理系主任鍾政棋教授分別發表「從契約角度再論船舶租傭之本質」與「運送人身分之辨識：Starsin案例分析」等專題以及北部航務中心「業務報告」，並由祁局長文中親自主持座談，展現航港局工作用心與成效；會中亦宣導「誠信倫理，反貪倡廉」之措施影片，並藉由相互座談交換意見以及積極回應各界對航港局之興革建言，共同創新航運經營環境。2013/08/23
