| 專家：煮前洗雞肉 多餘且危險

【大紀元2013年08月24日訊】如果你在煮前洗雞肉，請不必！美國農業部建議，買的雞肉或火雞在煮之前不要清洗。但我們90%的人都這樣做。
費城爵碩大學（Drexel University）營養科學系副教授珍妮弗‧昆蘭（Jennifer Quinlan）說：「如果不洗直接煮，雞肉上沒有多少東西煮不死的。有人說上面有細菌，有人說要把粘液洗掉，有人認為他們就應該這樣做。」她說，正常的煮法可以安全地殺死細菌，煮時雞肉的內部溫度應該不低於165華氏度（74攝氏度）。
