| 胖達人提補償方案 北市府表示無法接受

針對胖達人麵包店事件，台北市政府法務局與業者於8月26日進行協商，因為業者認為有財務壓力、經營困難，可能影響員工生計，為避免擴大損害消費者權益，該公司提出以消費者退費金額的25％回饋消費者，並以禮券給付方案，但北市府表示無法接受此一方案。
胖達人提出的方案為，退費時程自2010年底開幕日起至2013年8月23日；退費憑據以統一發票、收據、刷卡證明；另以消費者退費金額的25％回饋消費者，並以禮券給付；又為保障已食下肚，但無任何消費憑據的消費者，日後重新營業，以連續十日打75折的折扣方式回饋所有消費者；並將於8月27日起為期一個月時間於各分店登記退費，10月1日公告通知退費。
