【張勵德／台北報導】第15號颱風康芮下午生成後，朝台灣東部外海步步逼近。中央氣象局表示，若康芮移動速度及路徑不變的話，最快明天下半天到後天清晨將發布海上颱風警報，至於陸上警報時間則還要再觀察。
