【曾佳俊／新北報導】颱風侵襲及午後大雷雨常造成新北市積水災情，豪宅林立的新版特區也無法倖免，歸咎原因出在地底排水箱涵與雨水側溝無法銜接而堵塞，眼看颱風又要來臨，市長朱立倫今天於市政會議中要求水利局全面清查，立即將所有堵塞的箱涵側溝全部打通，同時民間建案及公共工程如有側溝堵塞，影響排水系統，就必須負責清理乾淨，否則不發給使用執照。
