〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部日前宣布新電價調漲方案，雖引發外界批評，不過，日前剛獲得10A總裁殊榮的中央銀行總裁彭淮南則特別致電經濟部長張家祝，表達支持的立場，也強調不該用納稅人的錢補貼用電大戶，還要張家祝一定要跟媒體講，讓大家知道。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/x_mB_1E7raQ" height="1" width="1"/>

| 標普發布台灣主權評等AA-

標準普爾信用評公司今天表示，確認台灣的長期非委託發行體信用評等為「AA-」，短期非委託發行體信用評等為「A-1+」。台灣信用評等的評等展望「穩定」。台灣的匯兌風險（transfer andconvertibility，簡稱T&C）評估結果仍維持「AA+」。
標普同時確認台灣的大中華區評等等級為「cnAAA/cnA-1+」。

| 60年土角厝 不堪猛烈雨勢崩塌

位於台中市豐原區中山路510巷內的2間土角厝，已有60多年歷史，早已搖搖欲墜，昨天下午不堪康芮颱風雨勢，整棟建物應聲倒塌，砸壞一旁2輛轎車；屋主緊急請包商，自費20萬，把土角厝拆除，避免再發生意外。

| 台南18所學校積水1所延後開學

康芮颱風挾帶大量雨勢侵襲台南，台南市政府教育局表示，總共有15 所國中小、2所附屬幼兒園有積水情形，多數是操場積水，少數是地下室積水。其中新營區新進國小因地下室淹水，損及發電機組，影響電力使用，延後到下周一開學。
