| 醫師籲 食材烤熟後再塗烤肉醬

【蔡明樺／台北報導】中秋烤肉是全民運動，衛福部食品藥物管理署今提醒，民眾應避免選購表面電鍍已剝落或有髒污的烤肉網，使用鋁箔烤肉時，勿讓烤肉醬接觸鋁箔，建議食材烤熟後再塗抹烤肉醬，避免重金屬在高溫下的溶出風險。醫師指，烤肉網應選購不鏽鋼最安全，廉價烤肉網多是電鍍而成，高溫下恐溶出鋅、鉛和鎘等重金屬，長期暴露會增加心血管疾病、高血壓等風險。
