| 疑長期失業失志 獨居女墜樓身亡

【李銘宏／新北報導】1名獨居在新北市汐止福德一路上1處社區大樓王姓女子，今天清晨5時許，從住處頂樓墜下，警消接獲通報到達現場時，王女已因頭顱破裂全身多處骨折身亡，警方隨即封鎖現場調查。
警方調查，年約40多歲的王姓女子獨居在該社區1樓，值班警衛聽到一聲巨響，趕緊走到中庭查看，發現有人躺在社區中庭地面，才趕緊撥打一一九求救。王女在住處有留下家屬聯絡方式的紙條，但並未提及自殺原因。社區警衛則表示，王女長期失業，也因此精神狀況不佳。警方將深入調查釐清王女墜樓原因。

| 台鐵秋節熱門班車 旅行社竟可提前訂3成位

【綜合報導】台鐵中秋節車票上周三開賣，熱門班次秒殺賣光，有民眾向《蘋果》投訴，車票開賣前就有旅行社宣稱有秋節熱門班次車票，經詢問發現台鐵竟讓旅行社可提前2個月預訂團體票且保留3成座位，嚴重排擠一般民眾權益。
不願具名的旅行社說，因為東部幹線車票很搶手，業者除了搶團體票，在一般車票開訂時會再搶一次，因連假車票很搶手，票幾乎都賣得完、不必擔心虧錢。消基會董事長張智剛說，為促進觀光雖有必要保留團體票，但台鐵也應顧及一般民眾權益。台鐵昨回應，將檢討3或4天以上的連假降低團體票保留座位比率或是比照春節取消團體票。
