監察院長王建煊說，這次司法關說事件，王金平是放火人之一，馬總統會直指王金平不適任立法院長，其實，「馬總統已無路可走」了！因為再坐視下去，未來3年台灣還是一事無成，這才是台灣人的悲哀。

募兵制大轉彎，全募兵制上路期程延後2年，從2015年1月1日，延後到民國2017年1月1日。國防部今天下午開記者會宣布，1993年以前出生、尚未服兵役之義務役役男，原可轉服替代役，但政策急轉彎，這些役男仍須入營服役，影響人數約6萬人。

| 拔王 羅智強：跟總統站在同一邊

總統府副秘書長羅智強下午表示，昨日向總統表達請辭意願，也獲得馬總統批准。針對近日王金平關說案一事，羅智強說，他和總統一起站在同一邊；至於辭職後動向，羅智強說，他確定不會參選基隆市長，會先休息一段時間陪家人，把心思放在寫作上，之後再做規劃。
