【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園地方法院今天上午開庭審理洪仲丘案，傳喚269旅憲兵官郭毓龍，庭訊上午11時20分結束，郭在庭訊時指稱，今年6日28日上午 洪仲丘送往269旅禁閉室，在旅長楊方漢簽准之前，洪都在會客室內填寫個人資料，查驗身份，並未送進禁閉室內限制其行動自由。

今年第18號颱風萬宜，已經在凌晨兩點鐘成形，預估會往日本方向前進，不過要注意的是，在週二前後，關島西北方海面，可能會形成今年第19號颱風，未來在導引氣流牽引下，外圍環流很有可能在中秋假期，影響台灣北部、東北部，會先開始有明顯雨勢，今年要賞月，恐怕機率不高。
