【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】據英國《金融時報》（Financial Times）等多家外媒報導，摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase & Co.）已和英美主管機關就「倫敦鯨」事件達成和解，將支付約8億美元（約240億元台幣）代價和解，該和解案估最快本周內將正式對外宣布。
 

對於傳出大陸官方關切兩岸服務貿易協議進度。國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄表示，他不覺得對岸有急迫需要，倒是台灣今後要走入國際，要跟很多國家訂定類似的協議，「這步總是要跨出去」。

吳伯雄說，有些行業因此會受到一點損失，政府必須研究如何弭補他們，但整體而言「利大於弊」。

針對馬王之間爭議，國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄今天首度表示意見，他說馬王兩人都是國家重要支柱，任何人受到傷大家都不樂見。吳伯雄希望馬總統多聽別人意見，也希望馬總統跟王院長兩人好好坐下來談談，共同推動沒有關說的文化，讓立法院運作早日恢復正常。
