【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮「陳綢少年家園」安置12至18歲行為偏差或輟學的青少年，80多歲的創辦人陳綢阿嬤，希望「孫子們」多方學習，每個人都能有一技之長，走入人生正軌，與工作人員積極奔走籌募，獲各界社團捐設一間現代化的烘焙教室，並請來地方知名的糕點師傅指導授課，終於7月中旬順利開第一期課程。
