【戴安瑋／台北報導】公平會去年對9家民營電廠開罰63億元案，但被行政院訴願會以裁罰草率為由撤銷，公平會發言人孫立群表示，基本上，訴願會確認9家民營電廠有聯合行為，只是認為公平會裁處的63億金額不合理，公平會將在2 個月內決定是否重新處分。
