【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）發布FOMC（Federal Open Market Committee，聯邦公開市場委員會）會後聲明，意外決議維持外稱QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）的資產收購計畫規模不變，維持每月債券收購額度850億美元，包括美國公債450億美元及MBS（房貸抵押證券）400億美元。

| 機車被縱火剩骨架 車主看傻眼

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間11時許，板橋區信義路巷內發生機車縱火，目擊者稱看到2名黑衣人戴口罩丟汽油彈，整台機車被燒到只剩骨架，車主來到現場看到殘骸傻眼錯愕，目前已至派出所協助調查，了解事發原因。
