【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）意外維持外稱QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）的資產收購計畫規模不變，激勵美股、美債強彈，美股道瓊工業指數一度漲逾100點，與S&P 500指數同創新高，10年期美國公債價格走揚，殖利率瞬間由2.9%滑落至2.7%。

【綜合報導】顧客分析公司IdeaWorks公布2012年航空公司研究報告，調查53家航空公司，發現去年這些航空公司靠額外收費賺進的營業額，總計高達180億英鎊，約8525億台幣，其中賺最多的是澳洲航空(Qantas Airlines)，從每個乘客身上平均額外收取37元英鎊，約1750元台幣的費用。

| 復甦不如預期 Fed降美經濟成長目標

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）發布最新展望報告，下修美國經濟成長預估，2013年目標由6月預估的2.3~2.6%降至2.0~2.3%，調降0.3個百分點，2014年同步由3.0~3.5%降至2.9~3.1%，2015年則由2.9~3.6%微調至3.0~3.5%，顯示復甦力度不如先前預期。
