【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名33歲賴姓男子，1年多前，應林姓女子要求，開車到KTV搭載林女到汽車旅館休息，並發生性關係，不料，林女事後反悔指控賴男趁她酒醉予以性侵，致賴男被宜蘭地檢署依涉嫌乘機性交罪嫌起訴。
宜蘭地院調閱林女手機通聯記錄，發現林女入住汽車旅館途中頻頻與吳姓男友通話，汽車旅館員工也證稱林女入住時眼睛是睜開的，並無醉倒情形，據此認定林女當時並無泥醉情況，2人發生性關係係妳情我願，判賴男無罪。

| 台7線 台7甲線解除封路

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】受天兔颱風來襲影響，昨晚11時實施預警性封路的台7線、台7甲線，經公路總局第四區工程處巡查確認路況正常後，今天上午6時30分解除封路。
公路總局提醒用路人，颱風豪雨期間山區道路易發生落石坍方，如非必要請勿進入山區道路，並請隨時注意收聽廣播訊息。
