【張勵德／台北報導】強颱天兔是近年少見的超強颱風，根據氣象局雷達觀測顯示，從昨晚開始天兔颱風已逐漸出現「雙眼牆」的情況。氣象局預報中心課長陳怡良說，颱風出現雙眼牆現象代表強度已經達到極致，過去統計85%在未來24小時內會逐漸減弱，未來再發展空間有限。
