| 改採行政罰法 農委會持續研議

混充米事件持續受到關注，農委會26日針對「糧食管理法」修法方向邀集糧商業者、法治專家討論。除了農委會現行規畫將罰則到300萬元，面對外界批評「無牙老虎」，也不排除研議改以以行政罰法追討業者「不當利得」，讓糧商不再「罰不到、罰不怕」。

| 立委要求關廠工人全以公法處理

關廠工人貸款案，有97件訴訟案日前被民事庭法官認定是「公法」契約，以無管轄權理由轉送行政庭審理，這些欠款勞工有可能因已逾5年的公法請求權時效而免還錢。

【綜合報導】祕魯西南部海岸，當地時間25日早上11點43分，台灣時間26日凌晨12點43分，發生芮氏規模6.8強震，深度33公里，距離超過480公里的首都利馬，建築物都能感受明顯搖晃，目前尚未傳出任何災情。
