【李英婷、何哲欣／台北報導】針對核四公投案，國民黨團大會今決議，在台電公司未完成核四安全檢測前，暫緩推動核四公投案，並希望黨籍立委能全力支持台電2013、2014年度核四安全檢測相關預算。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池強調，國民黨早已宣示，一定確保核安後才會推動公投案，且核安檢測沒有預定時程。

【劉昌松／台北報導】高院審理王金平假處分抗告案，今天下午召集國民黨、王金平雙方律師開庭近3小時後，庭訊剛剛結束，審判長魏麗娟在庭訊結束前，語重心長地引用詩詞「退步原來是向前」，希望律師能轉告當事人尋求和解，「政治問題盡量政治解決，當然法律的部分我們會繼續處理。」全案近日內將做出裁定。
