【李英婷、何哲欣／台北報導】針對核四公投案，國民黨團大會今決議，在台電公司未完成核四安全檢測前，暫緩推動核四公投案，並希望黨籍立委能全力支持台電2013、2014年度核四安全檢測相關預算。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池強調，國民黨早已宣示，一定確保核安後才會推動公投案，且核安檢測沒有預定時程。

【李菁豪／高雄報導】高市交通局對高雄捷運進行一年一度營運檢查，發現高捷1至8月平均日運量達16.4萬人次，較去年同期成長8.8%，尤其7、8月暑期期間平均日運量17.2萬人次，假日運量更達21萬人次，已經接近每日運量約19萬人次即可達到損益平衡的運量目標。
