【陳偉周／基隆報導】前天基隆市警方主動清查，資源回收場典賣紀錄，發現今年5月至9月間，1名巫姓男子8次典賣物品中，包含白鐵、青銅及紅銅，甚至有30公斤抽水馬達，有違常理，循線找到曾有多次毒品、竊盜前科的37歲巫男，將他帶回偵訊。
