立委質疑女檢察林秀濤觸犯的是行政疏失，只能行政調查，為何可以監聽她的電話?
特偵組今晚發新聞稿解釋，這是「倒果為因」的說法。檢方先發現林秀濤收到柯建銘案更一審無罪判決後未上訴，懷疑她收受賄賂或以職位升遷當做交換不上訴的條件，這是合理的懷疑。
