特偵組解釋監聽林秀濤原因

立委質疑女檢察林秀濤觸犯的是行政疏失，只能行政調查，為何可以監聽她的電話?

特偵組今晚發新聞稿解釋，這是「倒果為因」的說法。檢方先發現林秀濤收到柯建銘案更一審無罪判決後未上訴，懷疑她收受賄賂或以職位升遷當做交換不上訴的條件，這是合理的懷疑。

因此於今年7月10日以涉及貪汙治罪條例、觸犯5年以上重罪以及她未上訴柯案的事實，向台北地方法院聲請「102年聲監字第756號」監聽票，監聽她的手機。

調查兩個月後，才能確定她沒有收賄或以職位交換利益，案情才從涉嫌貪汙降為行政疏失。如果不先調查怎麼會知道觸犯的刑責是3年以上或以下的罪刑?
