特偵組疑似監聽立法院總機，民進黨主席蘇貞昌批評，特偵組已非監聽，而是竊聽，胡搞亂搞，馬政府假合法機構，用非法手段與非法資料，進行國民黨內部惡鬥，藉著所謂監聽，竊取在野黨活動，侵犯人民人權，已經到無法無天、令人毛骨悚然，人神共憤的地步，國民黨與馬總統應負責，檢察總長黃世銘要下台，不能再讓特偵組亂來。
