| 新版老農津貼 才能照顧真老農

根據農委會提出的老農津貼暫行條例修正草案，未來投保農保未滿十五年的老農，每月只能領取半額、即三千五百元津貼。這是老農津貼誕生以來，少見的改革。有人擔心「錯殺真農民」。但農委會指出，根據財稅中心資料，受改制影響的兩萬六千多人中，九成八都有勞保、國保年資，從農只是「副業」。
根據「老年農民福利津貼暫行條例」修正草案，年滿六十五歲、未滿農保十五年的「老農」，每月只能領取半額津貼，共有二萬六○二六人受影響。但這批人中，只保農保者僅五三七人。
