【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬在當地時間1日下午1時（台灣時間2日凌晨1時）在白宮玫瑰花園草坪發表演說。他一開始就表示這次美國聯邦政府被迫關門，是「一個政黨、一個政府部門」關掉整個政府，明顯把矛頭指向共和黨與國會。
