| 菲特進逼 今凌晨苗栗也列警戒區

【許敏溶／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新資料，中颱菲特昨晚上11時中心位置，來到台北東方約410公里海面上，以時速19公里速度穩定朝西北西移動，陸上警戒區仍維持新竹以北，預計今天凌晨苗栗及馬祖將劃入警戒區，而在菲特影響下，蘭嶼已經出現11級強陣風，彭佳嶼、台中梧棲、東吉島也有10級強陣風，新竹縣鳥嘴山、台北市關渡、新北市烏來的累積總雨量都超過170毫米。
