菲特進逼 今凌晨苗栗也列警戒區

【許敏溶／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新資料，中颱菲特昨晚上11時中心位置，來到台北東方約410公里海面上，以時速19公里速度穩定朝西北西移動，陸上警戒區仍維持新竹以北，預計今天凌晨苗栗及馬祖將劃入警戒區，而在菲特影響下，蘭嶼已經出現11級強陣風，彭佳嶼、台中梧棲、東吉島也有10級強陣風，新竹縣鳥嘴山、台北市關渡、新北市烏來的累積總雨量都超過170毫米。
 
氣象局預報員羅雅尹說，目前陸上警戒區包括台北市、新北市、桃園縣、基隆與宜蘭、新竹地區，暴風圈預計今天凌晨接觸北部陸地，風雨將越來越明顯，今天白天是風雨最顯著時刻，預估今天上午基隆、宜蘭將有10級強陣風，民眾要嚴加戒備。
 
此外，一直到今天晚間基隆北海岸、苗栗以北山區及宜蘭山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，台中山區及南投山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，中部以北、東北部、東部地區及南部山區有大雨或豪雨發生的機率，氣象局提醒民眾，應注意防範坍方、落石、土石流及山洪暴發，低窪地區慎防淹水。
