| 無奈房價高 近八成民眾不滿意房市現狀

樂屋網於9月進行「房市滿意度」網路調查活動，結果顯示有高達76%的民眾不滿意目前的房市現狀，22%的民眾表示無奈但還可接受，普遍認為目前房價過高，但也能理解房價奔漲無可避免。
有鑑於此，為了抑制不斷飆漲的房價，政府先後施行了奢侈稅、限貸令…等打壓房市政策，同時也推出浮洲、林口合宜住宅、安康平價住宅…等優於市價的住宅幫助民眾解決居住的問題，但房價仍持續向上攀升，讓民眾大嘆買屋好難。
