【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市李姓男子曾因性侵被判刑，前年底李男出獄後，今年2月再對1名騎機車的夜歸女子摸大腿，見女子驚嚇倒地，又返回對該女子舌吻、撫胸，再以手指性侵，一審判李男4年5月，台中高分院指李男出獄後定期上性侵害治療課程，仍不知警惕，行徑惡劣，依性騷擾和強制性交罪改判6年刑期。
